We aim to make the ordering process simple and convenient. See below a summary of the proposal and order process.
STEP 1 - We love to understand our client's unique requirements and would love to see how we can best suit your needs to benefit to you and your organisation.

STEP 2 - Provide us basic requirements for your party, raffle, event or gift requirements.

STEP 3 - Proposal & Selection of the products.
- Our product specialists will assess your requirements and curate a proposal to best suit your needs.
- We will send this to you for your perusal and and approval.
- Should you require any changes we will happily revise based on your feedback.
STEP 3 - Provide your event dates, delivery instructions and any other details need to be provided.
STEP 4 - Once everything has been finalised we will send a correspondence to finalise all details and request a deposit to be paid.
STEP 5 - Final quantities need to be provided and/or confirmed.
- We ideally require your final numbers four weeks prior to the party. This allows us to prepare the order and ensure all is ready for delivery.
STEP 6 - We will wrap and label gifts, pack showbags and/or prepare toy raffles.
STEP 7 - We will despatch your order according to your instructions.
STEP 8 - You will receive the delivery and have a fantastic event.
STEP 9 - Final payment will be required based on your terms.
STEP 10 - Extra Gifts - Late comers to your party not a problem!
We will always assist you should you have any late RSVP's. What we ask is for you to collate any additional numbers after you have submitted your main order. You can then send us an additional order of extras. This allows us to push ahead with your main order.
